The site is administered by the Boulder Flycasters, a Trout Unlimited Chapter, that has been actively engaged with conservation for over 50 years. Members and friends of this organization are interested in clean water, life sustaining flows, and recreational access.

Progress on McGinn Ditch Fish Passage


These pictures of construction in progress were taken by Larry Quilling several days ago. This South Boulder Creek project is being undertake by the Boulder Flycasters via a grant from the Trout & Salmon Foundation. This fish passage will have a major impact on upstream spawning activity out of Baseline Reservoir.
