What does the above chart tell you about the water management practices of the Denver Water Board in connection with Gross Reservoir?
Letter sent to citizensadvisorycommittee@denverwater.org.....I would be interested to learn why Denver Water finds it necessary to abruptly change the flow rates out of Gross Reservoir. Is it impossible to plan or make gradual changes that minimize the impact on the fish and invertebrates that reside in Boulder Creek?
